An old medieval tower transformed into a charming cottage with a beautiful terrace with a view. Located on the first hill the cottage offers breathtaking views, comfort and attention to detail. It is located within a small Roman-era hamlet composed of 3 independent housing units, situated on the slopes of the Pistoia hills and easily accessible by means of the Porrettana highway. With its 380m altitude and thanks to its southern exposure it dominates Pistoia, Prato and Florence offering a unique panorama. Reserved but convivial, the cottage offers the opportunity to learn firsthand about the work of the farmer: from the vegetable garden to honey to the olive harvest for the production of oil.

The Cottage is set in an olive grove farm nestled in the Pistoia mountains. Several hiking or biking trails depart from here. Surrounded by nature despite its proximity to the Porrettana provincial road.
