Small Masonry Cottage, located a short distance from the summer residence of the Owner, enjoys a splendid view of the entire valley of the Fitalia River, from the mountains of the Nebrodi Park above Tortorici to the sea, and allows its guests to get in touch with the business reality in full privacy for a vacation between the sea and the mountains, in full relaxation in contact with the green and nature. Nature house is equipped with 4 beds and consists of:a double bedroom, a living room with TV and two sommier-beds, a small kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony overlooked by the two bedrooms.The house is equipped with bed and bath linens and everything needed to use the kitchen.
Nature and surroundings
The property within which Casa falls extends over several hectares. The fund is cultivated with organic practices and is characterized predominantly by centuries-old olive trees of the variety "minuta" from which an extra virgin olive oil with an intense flavor, fruity and at the same time very delicate is produced annually. Guests have at their disposal the entire house, and all outdoor spaces adjacent to the house with ample parking. The hillside location, in addition to enjoying a truly ideal climate for restful and relaxing stays, makes it possible to take vacations with the "Sea-Mountains" formula, that is, with morning bets to the free or equipped beaches of Capo d'Orlando and San Gregorio, in a splendid and azure sea, to then spend the afternoons and evenings in the cool of the heights of the Nebrodi Mountains among hazelnut groves, orchards, olive groves and woods. The site allows easy excursions not only to the Nebrodi Park, but also to the Aeolian Islands, Etna, Taormina or Cefalù.

Paul June 19, 2023 General rating:Het huis op zich was schoon en erg basic ingericht! Wat je nodig had was er maar daar is het mee gezegd! Qua prijs/kwaliteit verhouding klopt het wel. Moet er wel bijzeggen dat de beloofde 4 sterren matrassen erg teleurstellend waren. De eigenaar niet gezien maar heeft per whatsapp veel informatie gegeven!
Nature, peace & environment:De rust was er zeker, de ruimte buiten ook maar niet echt aantrekkelijk om te gebruiken. De omgeving van het huis was erg slecht onderhouden om niet te zeggen zeer teleurstellend! Je hebt ook een behoorlijke hoeveelheid Deet nodig om enigszins de dag door te komen.
