Small Masonry Cottage with exposed stone, enjoys a splendid view over the valley of the Fitalia River towards the sea. Nestled in the green Nebrodi hills, in a well-kept and romantic location, it allows its guests to live a unique experience of relaxation and peace in contact with nature and its surroundings, in a real love nest. Nature house is spread over two elevations, has 3 beds and consists of: On the ground floor: kitchen with table for 4 people and living room with sommier-bed (for third bed), large outdoor space for exclusive use with parking and solarium area overlooking the valley. On the upper floor, connected by a ladder in communication with the living room, a double bedroom with a small chest balcony overlooking the valley and a bathroom with shower. The house is provided with bed and bath linens and everything needed to use the kitchen.
Nature and surroundings
The property within which casetta NIDO falls covers several hectares. The fund is cultivated with organic practices and is mainly characterized by centuries-old olive trees of the variety "minuta" from which an extra virgin olive oil with an intense, fruity and at the same time delicate flavor is produced annually. Guests have at their disposal the entire house, and all outdoor spaces adjacent to the house with ample parking. The hillside location, in addition to enjoying a truly ideal climate for restful and relaxing stays, makes it possible to take vacations with the "Sea-Mountains" formula, that is, with morning bets to the free or equipped beaches of Capo d'Orlando and San Gregorio, in a splendid and azure sea, to then spend the afternoons and evenings in the cool of the heights of the Nebrodi Mountains among hazelnut groves, orchards, olive groves and woods. The site allows easy excursions not only to the Nebrodi Park, but also to the Aeolian Islands, Mount Etna, Taormina or Cefalù.
