Nature house in SPIGNANA

The old farmhouse is a typical stone building in the high mountains of Pistoia. The house renovated and equipped with all modern comforts to make it cozy both in summer and winter. The careful renovation has maintained some original elements such as the large fireplace, the stone walls and the staircase leading to the upper floor. Local materials such as wooden beams, terracotta and stone were also used for all the finishing touches. There are two large kitchens with refrigerator, freezer, electric oven and wood stove. It is possible to eat outside under the shady veranda or admire the view under the gazebo in front of the nature house. There are four double rooms, one of which has a single bed as well as two beds in the large loft and the possibility of using a crib for babies up to three years old. Some rooms are decorated with wall paintings made by fine artisans-artists. There is a sauna room.

The property is surrounded by a large garden, extensive pastures and ancient woods. La Casetta is about 2 km from the historic village of Spignana, the last 600 meters of which are dirt road, perfectly safe but to be traveled at moderate speed.
