At the southernmost tip of the island of Naxos, a beautiful villa with two independent floors. The independent appartment of the 1rst floor 58 m2 is to rent, Sleeps up to 5, (please consult us). Set in splendid natural surroundings, far from the tourist crowds. Built directly above a beautiful beach with noble materials, teak, slate, granite and marble. -1st floor-A large bedroom with double bed-A single room with fully equipped kitchen, large round table, 2P Rattan bed and single sofa-bed.-A bathroom with shower. Veranda 35m2.
Nature and surroundings
The house is about an hours drive from the port of Naxos Chora and 25km from Filoti, the central village where you'll find all kinds of shops and from where any point of interest can be reached in less than half an hour. There is no public transport available. It is advisable to rent a car. Three Restaurants are in less than 200m on foot. The Villa's owner, who lives in the ground Appartment of the Villa , is a native and connoisseur of the island and can advise you on the most interesting places to visit. Speaks English, French, German and Greek. We ask our guests to be vigilant and not to waste water, as it is very scarce on the islands.

Free cancellation within 7 days of your booking confirmation, provided the booking request was made more than 28 days before the start date. For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
A deposit of €400.00 applies. You will be refunded after check-out.
- Out of respect for nature: silence between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
- Minimum age of main booker: 18 years.
- Smoking is not allowed in this nature house.
