The apartment (incl. daily breakfast) for 2 persons (standard occupancy), up to 4 persons (surcharge per person per night) on the second floor of the totally renovated 18th century farmhouse. An external private staircase with a small terrace leads to the apartment with living room with fully equipped kitchen, TV and fireplace, heating, and a sofa bed for 2 people. There is also a separate bedroom with double bed, and modern bathroom.There is also an additional private terrace in the garden around the farmhouse equipped with garden furniture. Of course, the garden, fields and olive groves around the farm are also at your disposal. All our accommodations are furnished with rustic and antique furniture and finished with precious marble and antique travertine. Maximum and modern comfort!
Nature and surroundings
The estate was once a small hamlet consisting of 3 Umbrian farmhouses from the 18th century situated at about 521 meters above sea level. The now totally renovated buildings and grounds have now been transformed into this Agriturismo and are surrounded by 96 hectares of (organic) olive groves, meadows and woods overlooking the Italian valleys and mountains. We can be reached by taking a one and a half kilometer long dirt road followed on both sides by towering ancient cypress trees. At the property you will be welcomed by us, Mathijs and Gigi. It lies on the ancient Etruscan route from Orvieto - Perugia, and also in the middle of the UNESCO declared National Park of Ecology and Biodiversity, Monte Peglia.Umbria, an authentic piece of Italy, far away from mass tourism, and surrounded by the most beautiful villages, towns and borghi. Exactly between Lago Bolsena and Lago Bolsena near Orvieto.
