Nature house in Irrhausen

Welcome to our Nature house in Irrhausen. Our house is located in the west of the Eifel in the middle of the Islek. Irrhausen belongs to the Southern Eifel Nature Park and is a very green village situated in the idyllic Irsental valley. Our vacation home is a typical Eifel farmhouse from the 19th century, which we have renovated. We have attached great importance to authenticity and furnished the house accordingly. This does not require accessibility. Nevertheless, you do not have to do without modern comforts. This Nature house offers you 4 bedrooms (1 connecting room) with a total of 10 beds, 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet. The rustic, fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a small reading room round off the space on offer. You will quickly appreciate the in-house wellness bar with sauna and wood-burning stove. Here you can relax with friends, chat or use the covered barbecue on the terrace.

The Irsental is one of the most idyllic valleys in the Eifel and is part of the deluxe nature hiking park. You will experience impressive panoramic views, the broom heath nature reserve, fossil-rich clay slate cliffs and almost 550 species of butterfly, 145 of which are on the Red List of endangered species. In addition to the numerous butterflies, wild orchids, amphibians and reptiles and around 80 bird species can also be found here. The ideal interplay of natural bodies of water, meadows, forest and rocky ecosystems is impressive for the observer. The reservoir located in the Irsental recreation area invites you to enjoy a relaxing picnic. Those seeking peace and solitude will get their money's worth here. The Irsen meanders through a beautiful meadow landscape framed by mountain ranges over 500m high. Hard-working beavers, which have returned here, leave their traces in this nature reserve.
