Nice of all luxuries. Nature house located in the village of Villefranche du Perigord with unobstructed views of the valley Le Coustalou. The house is suitable for people who love peace and yet do not want to be deprived of everything, walk to the village and possibly sit on a terrace or do some shopping with a bank (CA) and two supermarkets plus two bakeries in the main street. Also there is a maison de Sante and a veterinary practice in the village. There is also a possibility to charge electric cars within walking distance. If you bring your bicycles there is a safe place to store them. The house itself consists of a large kitchen-diner for delicious cooking or baking. A living room to relax with two chairs and a sofa, upstairs two bedrooms 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom with two single beds which can be put together. on the ground floor the bathroom and toilet. The owners live in a separate part of the house.

From the house you can walk all kinds of routes to various villages or just into the woods. For cyclists there are plenty of opportunities. The house is at the bottom of the Dordogne with the Dordogne and Lot rivers twenty kilometers away where you can canoe or just paddle. The wine towns of Bergerac and Cahors are within easy reach for a day trip.
