Nature house in Fabbrica

This nature house is located in a small, recently subdued millennial village with very few inhabitants. It is a detached house, free on three sides, surrounded by two small flower gardens equipped with deck chairs, chairs, table and barbecue. The house is made of stone, terracotta and wood, typical materials of old Tuscan houses, is furnished with antique furniture and is equipped with all modern comforts: washing machine, dishwasher, TV, HiFi, heating with fireplace or natural gas, independent. It is divided into two floors: on the upper floor there is a hallway with a desk, overlooking a large double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. On the ground floor is the large living room with kitchenette and fireplace, separated by a sliding door from the living room with a double sofa bed. The house is located in the hills, 420 meters above sea level, very close to the woods from where marked trails for walks in unspoiled nature start. THE hamlet of which it is a part consists of only 20 houses a beautiful small Romanesque church, dating back to the 10th century.Only about ten residents live there, so silence reigns supreme. Within 3 km are two small villages, Sarripoli and Arcigliano, with a grocery store and a small restaurant. The house is surrounded by unspoiled nature, very close is a source of the purest water. On your walks you may encounter fawns, foxes, porcupines, hedgehogs that inhabit the surrounding woods in large numbers. Sunrise will be nodded to you by the chirping of hundreds of birds of prey. Then if you feel like seeing artistic beauties just 7 km away is Pistoia, a beautiful and quiet medieval town with its famous Romanesque churches and pleasant restaurants, 30 km away is the splendid Florence, 45 Lucca, 60 Pisa.
