Apartment in a villa on the hills 350 meters. above sea level on a 16,000-square-meter property. The apartment is furnished and equipped. Consists of a double bedroom, separated by a living area in which there is a large kitchen equipped with dishwasher, electric oven, microwave oven and a double sofa bed. Separate a bathroom with shower. The apartment is fully air conditioned and has a 24-square-meter glass veranda overlooking the large terrace (common part) overlooking the valley from which three of the Aeolian Islands can be admired. Common parts usable with other Guests, are: the barbecue area for sumptuous grills with a large rustic table and a solarium area with a nice hot tub for 6 people, the latter is in exclusive use for Guests of this apartment from October 15 to May 31. All this surrounded by nature. Possible to practice trekking. On request a bed/pouf and a crib.
Nature and surroundings
When we bought the villa ten years ago, we thought it was the best place to feel close to nature and experience its rhythms, smell its scents, observe the slow change of colors. In short, they are the protagonists of something that the society we live in today is increasingly difficult to imagine. Five apartments have been created, each of which we have named after one of the Aeolian Islands that can be seen in the distance. For sea lovers we recommend 10 km of Castel di Tusa, awarded in 2019 for the 7th consecutive time with two Legambiente blue flags. However, the entire coast, from Cefalù to Capo D Orlando, offers beaches with crystal clear sea.
