The farmhouse is located in San Pietro a Dame, a hamlet of the municipality of Cortona in the mountains of Cortona, 20km from the city, in a quiet and secluded location among the green mountains at an altitude of 700m asl on the border between Tuscany and Umbria. It is the ideal place for those who want to spend a relaxing vacation away from the chaotic city noise. The house has a size of about 90sqm arranged on 3 levels, where on the ground floor we find the kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, 4 burner stove, fridge with small freezer, toaster etc......, the living room with table, sofa bed, closed fireplace and satellite TV. On the second floor a double room, a single room and a bathroom with shower. On the second floor two double rooms and a bathroom with shower. Outside a 1500sqm partially fenced garden with private pool, barbecue, gazebo, sun beds and some children's games.
