There are 4 bathrooms on the ground floor, 3 smart televisions, WIFI, spacious garden with swings and garden furniture. Two apartments with patio doors to terrace. You look at a garden with a pond and tall trees, plenty of sun and shade. Target group are families (grandparents, children, grandchildren) or adult groups of friends who, in addition to eating together and being outside, also appreciate the privacy of their own apartment.
