The cottage is independent part of the Casale . A 40 sq m dwelling , small terrace , reserved neighboring spaces , large communal spaces , hilly land of about 1 hectare with olive trees , vineyard , vegetable garden , oak grove and fruit trees . Built in different eras, probably from the early 1800s, completed in 1957 and restored in 2005 . Overlooking the Gulf of Salerno, the Amalfi coast and Capri, it offers spectacular sunsets. And it is possible to taste homemade olive oil and wine
Nature and surroundings
At the gateway to the Cilento National Park, just 10 km. from the temples of Paestum and 5 from the nearest beaches. The house is surrounded by about a hectare of Mediterranean flora, olive grove, oak forest, cypress .
