Nature house in Zutphen

Our property De Heicohoeve includes these 4 sustainable tiny houses, each suitable for 1-6 persons. The houses are comfortably furnished and equipped with air conditioning. The kitchen has an electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, kettle and (filter) coffee maker. There are 2 bedrooms each with 2 boxsprings (2.10m). On the mezzanine there are 2 slatted bases with mattresses (2.10m long), this is accessible via the stairs in the living room (see photo). There is a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. In the living room there is a dining and lounge area with TV. Each cottage has a hot tub which can be booked for €50 per fill. Breakfast service is also possible. In the garden is an outdoor fireplace with bbq grill. The cottages are a nice starting point for hiking and cycling routes. Various routes are available. Bike rental available on site. In the cottage there are several outdoor games and nature search maps. On Sundays a lazy sunday can be booked for €25 (until 18h).

On the edge of growing Zutphen, we try to create and maintain our own green oasis through a combination of recreation and urban agriculture/food forest. The cozy center of Zutphen, with many terraces and boutiques, is within biking distance. Many castle routes in the area. A clog trail runs across the yard. In high season pizzas are baked in the stone oven on Saturday evenings. There is also a cozy grill kota in the yard. Chickens roam freely and there is an animal pasture with horses, miniature donkeys, pigs, goats, sheep and geese. We also regularly take horse and carriage rides. For children there is a lot of outdoor space, a playground, go-karts, table tennis, 4-up row, trampoline. In the yard are nesting kestrels, owls and barn owls. Scattered around the yard you will find more and more edible crops, herbs, hundreds of berries, raspberries and blackberry bushes, old and young fruit trees. From these we make (h)honest products for our own use and our guests.
