The side mountains of Monte Ceppo (1627 m) can be hiked from the house, and hiking trails also lead to San Bernardo and Madonna della Neve or Badalucco. In the small mountain village of Ciabaudo there is a lavishly restored church with a village square in front of it. In summer, the locals meet here to chat. Bikers cycle up from the valley, refresh themselves at the village fountain and enjoy the view before continuing on to Sanremo via Bajardo.
