In the middle of the Betuwe, in the yard next to our monumental former cheese farm is our nature house, a luxury haystack. The spacious living room with open kitchen invites you to prepare delicious recipes or play a game at the large kitchen table. Through an open spiral staircase you reach the third and largest bedroom, the Attic Room, with its own bathroom and toilet. This room can accommodate 3 people. There are 2 single box spring beds and a single bed. This attic room has beautiful views over the cherry orchard. Our B & B has a private driveway and private parking Experience the beautiful Betuwe country life walking or cycling, there is also a private bathroom with toilet. Furthermore, there is a covered lockable bike shed with charging facilities.
Nature and surroundings
In Zoelen in the middle of the Betuwe stands our luxurious haystack, a beautiful place to experience the good country life of the Betuwe. You stay against the cherry orchard, with lots of peace and nature. The B&B is adjacent to a country estate and offers direct access to hiking and cycling routes. the Teisterbanter Klompenpad, which is located opposite the house you walk straight into the Zoelen forest. The historic town of Buren (Anna of Buren is 4km away) here you can rent a sloop or canoe to experience all the beauty from the water. Along the winding river, cultural history and nature come together in a beautiful way. You can walk and cycle along winding dikes and cross the river by foot or bicycle ferry. Along the way you will enjoy the many fruit trees, fruit stands, characteristic villages and numerous historic forts and castles. Of course there are also various activities to visit think of apple pop, fruit parade, wine domain Buren etc

Originele plek, schoon en geweldige ruime kamer op zolder.
Landelijke omgeving met goede wandelmogelijkheden en mooie bos Zoelen bijna voor de deur.

Het huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien. Houd je van koken, dan ben je in hier aan het goede adres. In het huisje is namelijk een grote keuken te vinden, met alle benodigdheden. De beneden verdieping deel je met andere gasten, maar dit kan juist erg gezellig zijn en leuk om nieuwe contacten te maken. Ik heb de nacht doorgebracht op de hooizolder. De kamer is erg ruim en ziet er schoon en mooi uit. Ook is de kamer voorzien van een fijne douche en mooie tafel met wasbak en grote spiegel. Tot slot is er mooi uitzicht vanuit de kamer.
De omgeving is prachtig. In de lente staan alle fruitbomen in bloei wat een prachtige uitstraling geeft. Ook zijn er in de omgeving genoeg wandelroutes. Je kunt onder andere naar een prachtig kasteel wandelen. Even tot rust komen in de natuur gaat in Zoelen wel lukken.

Het huisje is prachtig. Het is zeer goed onderhouden en het is heel schoon. De hooizolder is prachtig vormgegeven. Het werd vanaf deze website (natuurhuisje.nl) niet duidelijk dat de keuken en woonkamer gedeeld waren en dat andere kamers afzonderlijk gereserveerd kunnen worden. Het huisje is heel gehorig. Tijdens ons verblijf waren er nog andere gasten (2 kamers). Door de dunne wanden kun je elkaars gesprekken bijna woordelijk volgen, vanuit de centrale ruimte.
De natuur is prachtig. Op 5 minuten wandelen (langs de weg; wordt wel hard gereden) ligt een mooi bos, met kasteel Zoelen. Er zijn verschillende wandelingen te maken (vanaf 2.5km). Op een paar 100 meter ligt een van de vele Klompenpaden. De dorpjes in de buurt zijn klein en doen een beetje aan als Frans platteland. Buren is een prachtig groter dorp in de buurt. Overal kunnen lokale producten worden gekocht. Echt een aanrader.
