Located in a green setting, at the entrance of a charming little village, this holiday home has been transformed into a spacious loft with three levels. With an indoor pool, a sauna, a relaxation area, a bar, and a billiard table; it will delight even the most demanding guests.
This semi-detached holiday home, set in a quiet corner in the province of Liège, has something for everyone. With five bedrooms and four bathrooms, this villa can accommodate up to 12 people.

Overlooking a valley and a forest, you can peacefully contemplate the surrounding nature from the indoor pool and the two large terraces. Also, the villa is located right next to a gym, which is accessible for an additional fee.

Outside, your children can play on the swing, slide, and sandbox; while the petanque terrain will entertain everyone else.

Nature and surroundings

The town of Stavelot, where you can walk in the lovely streets around its abbey, is just a few kilometres away from your villa. Also not far away, you will find Coo, a small Ardennes village with an impressive landscape that features the largest waterfall in Belgium. Your children will be especially happy with a visit to the Plopsa Coo amusement park.

Formula 1 fans should visit the famous Spa-Francorchamps Racetrack, located only 5 km away, while nature lovers should head to the Wild Park Coo to walk close to the waterfalls in the middle of the forests of the Belgian Ardennes. Or hop aboard a small tourist train to admire the wildlife that is part of the history of our region, such as wild boars, wolves, and fallow deer.
