Nature house in Àger

This nature house is an old restored farmhouse that preserves the old walls of stone, mud and wood. The restoration has been done preserving everything possible and with materials and furniture made to measure or recycled.

The nature around the housue is a geological spectacle. We are inside a Geopark. The night sky is also protected (Starlight). Forests, trails, rivers, birds allow you to enjoy nature in its purest form in a protected natural area, the Sierra del Montsec, with very little population and limited tourist capacity. The Mont-rebei Gorge is one of the most visited places because it is a virgin gorge, the only one left in Catalonia.The villages of the Valley are small. The main one is Àger, a medieval village, with stone streets and old houses, with the castle on top of the hill. The villages are connected by many little-traveled roads.
