Meadow view is a well equipped two bedroom holiday cottage with Kitchen / Diner, Lounge, Double Bedroom, Twin Bedroom and Shower Room. The Kitchen is well equipped. There is ample room for six people to dine in comfort. The Lounge has two comfortable two seater sofas, cosy wood burner for those winter evenings and a LCD TV with DVD and satellite receiver for free to air English and French TV channels. The light and airy double bedroom, has plenty of storage and pretty views over the countryside to wake up to. The Twin Bedroom has ample storage as well of pretty views out to the garden. All beds are made up before your arrival. The Shower Room has a large fitted shower cubicle with mains pressure hot water. Outside each cottage there is an enclosed garden as well as a patio area for sitting out or dining out while enjoying the countryside views.
Nature and surroundings
They are situated on a no through road so have very little traffic and therefore they remain a peaceful haven in the rolling Vienne countryside. Yet they have easy access to many leisure activities in the local area - Walking, Fishing, Hiking, Cycling, Kayaking, Golf, Tennis et cetera. Also onsite they have a well equipped games room with pool table, table football, table tennis, dart board plus many more indoor and outdoor games. Just outside of this games room is a large patio area with tables chair and loungers alongside the 10 meter by 5 meter solar heated swimming pool. Additionally to this there are uninterrupted views of the Fishing lake and surrounding countryside. This area is still largely undiscovered by the tourist hordes, so you can still find many aspects of the true rural France, with beautiful rolling verdant green countryside, with winding river valleys, and very pretty historic towns and villages.
