This comfortable nature house is located at the edge of the village and used to serve as a farm. It has already been completely transformed into a residential house in the 1960s and has been completely redone in 2018/'19 to meet contemporary standards. Equipped with a very spacious living room with large windows and sliding glass doors offering panoramic views over the valley of the river Yonne. On the second floor are two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. In the private garden of over 2000m2 you will always find a pleasant spot in the sun or just in the shade.

One of the best kept secrets of France is the department of Nièvre. Here you will find a beautiful hilly landscape with picturesque villages. Unspoiled nature, history and hospitality go hand in hand here.
