Nature house in Spaarndam

This well-insulated nature house was built in 2007 with sustainable materials. The plot covers 1800 square meters and offers a lot of privacy. Around the nature house there are hardwood terraces, 80 centimeters above ground level which gives one a beautiful view of the lake and there is always a windless place to be found to enjoy the sun. There is also a jetty with accompanying table and bench where one can relax at sunset or cast the fishing rod. The recreation house consists of a living / dining kitchen, by the sofa bed also be used as a bedroom, a basement where in case of enormous heat always cool to sleep and a bedroom above overlooking the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave oven, 5-burner stove with wok burner). Furthermore, there is a bathroom adjacent to the hall consisting of a toilet, shower and sink. Also, the cottage has Wi-Fi.

Our nature house is located in a unique place: right on the lake De Mooie Nel, with unobstructed views of the water and plenty of peace and quiet, yet close to Haarlem, Amsterdam and the beach of Zandvoort. The area offers numerous opportunities for relaxation and adventure. Sail with the two available canoes or the motorboat (for a fee) on the lake, towards the Spaarne to the historic center of Haarlem, or make a trip around the Haarlemmermeer via the ring canal. Cycling to the beach or the city is easy with the two bicycles available. For the sporty guest there is a surfboard with accessories. Haarlem Spaarnwoude Station is approximately 4 km away and offers a direct train connection to Amsterdam Central Station. Enjoy nature, water, city and beach in one stay. Monthly rentals from October to March are possible by arrangement. Anglers are also well catered for: pike, perch, bream and carp swim in the Mooie Nel.
