The nature cottage is built to the highest specification with extensive use of natural materials such as stone walls and floors, solid chestnut beams from Mount Athos, Italian chestnut doors, distressed Egyptian marble terraces, custom-made handmade kitchen furniture from Chalon or Chelsea and a large stone fireplace, creating a rustic yet chic atmosphere. Vintage French crystal chandeliers, fully tiled bathrooms of Travertine limestone, cooled air conditioning and underfloor heating contribute to the comfort of this eclectic and atmospheric nature house.  

This luxurious retreat, serenely located on a two acre plot sits amongst countryside reminiscent of Tuscany, with rolling hills, vineyards, olive groves and pencil cypresses dotting the landscape. Scenic local beaches, both natural and with facilities are a short ten to fifteen minute drive away, whilst the southern Athenian suburbs of Glyfada and Vouliagmeni just over 30 minutes away. Local attractions include the unspoilt Sounion National Park with its mining history and wonderful views, ideal for walking, hiking and cycling. The ancient Temple of Poseidon at Sounion, the huge sink hole near Aghios Konstantinos and the oldest amphitheatre in ancient Greece just outside Lavrion. Nearby beaches in Anavyssos have beach bars with sun loungers and water sports whilst there are many natural coves along the coastal road towards Legrena and Sounion offering a quieter beach experience.
