Step into your own forest home and leave the hustle and bustle of everyday life behind. Surrounded by nature, you will find yourself in an oasis of tranquility here. This house can accommodate 4 people and has 2 bedrooms, an open living room-kitchen with beautiful views. Thanks to large sliding doors you can enjoy nature all seasons. Through the large windows the light streams in and you have views on all sides of the Veluwe forest. The spacious living room offers plenty of space to relax. The modern seating area, a comfortable triple sofa and a separate armchair invite you to cozy moments. Your pet is welcome, but please note that there is no fenced garden. The dining area with four chairs is perfect for dinner or a fun game with the family. The living kitchen is fully equipped: a wide gray-green kitchen with a 3-meter worktop, dishwasher, oven/microwave combination and an induction hob with extractor fan. Everything you need to prepare a delicious meal!
Nature and surroundings
The nature house is located on a dirt road in the woods outside Otterlo. You walk from your cottage directly into forest / heath and nature reserve De Zanding. National Park De Hoge Veluwe is 1500 meters, Nature Reserve the Planken Wambuis just as much the other way. You can if you want use the facilities of a nearby small sustainable vacation park. There is a nice petting zoo where children can help feed the animals and take a ride on the horse. There is a store with organic products ranging from walnuts, chip, vegetarian meat substitutes to beer and wine. Souvenirs and postcards are also available and books, DVDs and games can be borrowed free of charge. You can also use the washer and dryer here for a fee. In the herb garden you can pick free herbs for your meals.From Monday to Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to noon, the terrace is open and coffee, tea and apple pie are served.
