The nature house is located in the Morvan Natural Park on a quiet road about two kilometers outside Châtin. The cottage has a terrace with table and parasol on either side and a covered seating area. Layout: living room with sitting area, large dining table, wood stove and French doors. The kitchen is equipped with electrical appliances. Bathroom with large shower, sink and toilet. The kitchen and bathroom have a ceiling with authentic but low beams. The shower floor is lowered. A steep staircase leads to the wide landing of the upper floor on both sides of which there are two double bedrooms. In the garden (total 3000 m2) with several fruit trees there are two deck chairs to enjoy the view. The garden is shared with the residents of the other house on the property where the right part is available to the tenants of this nature house. The playground equipment is for the children of both houses. N.b. Children up to 17 years do not pay tourist tax.

The Morvan Natural Park is a hilly region in Burgundy. The region is known for its tranquility, clean air and unspoiled nature: meadows with white cows and solitary trees, bordered by hedges, forests and many lakes, such as Lac de Pannecière 7 km from the house. Experience the silence from the terrace or garden overlooking the meadows. The Morvan is ideal for activities such as hiking, cycling, swimming, canoeing and horseback riding. There are also plenty of cultural trips to make e.g. Autun, Vezelay or Beaune. You can also visit a winery in the Burgundy wine region. On the highest mountain in the Morvan, Mt Beuvray (821 m), you can visit an excavation of a Gallic city. In the summer, markets, concerts and film festivals are organized regularly. Small but nice and cozy house, nice bedrooms upstairs, great that there is also a door to open there and there are enough windows for fresh air.
Klein maar fijn en gezellig huisje, fijne slaapkamers boven, heerlijk dat daar ook een deur open kan en er zijn voldoende raampjes voor frisse lucht.
