Nature house in Puy Saint Vincent

This luxury vacation home is located in the middle of the sunny southern French Alps. From every room in the house you have insane views of the surrounding mountains. The nature house has six bedrooms (three bedrooms with double bed and private bathroom, one bedroom with two twin beds and private bathroom, one bedroom with two twin beds and one bedroom with four mattresses on the floor. These two rooms share a bathroom). There is a spacious open kitchen with five burner induction hob, a cozy sitting room around the stove, a large dining table suitable for 12 people, a bar area with views of Mont Brison, a TV/games room. There is a terrace facing north. The garden with terrace faces south, here you can fully take in nature through the beautiful view, the murmur of the nearby stream and the whistle of the birds. You might even spot one of the golden eagles that find a home in summer on the opposite mountain. There is a barbeque with fire pit.

The cottage is located at 1400 meters altitude, in the middle of the high mountains. On the edge of National Park Les Ecrins. For winter sports enthusiasts: it is 150 meters from the ski slopes of ski station Puy Saint Vincent (a cozy family ski resort). The authentic village of Puy Saint Vincent has only 300 inhabitants and is known for its 300 days of sunshine per year. From the house begin numerous beautiful walks for all levels. With two hours of walking you can find yourself on a summit with 360 degree views. One of the attractions is the Glacier Blanc. This glacier is located in the park Les Ecrins, the walk to it starts 30 car minutes from the cottage. Also for cycling, both road bike and mountain bike, this area is a paradise. The Col d'izoard they call the house col, and is a great day trip to do, as well as the Galibier, Vars, Risoul. Several mountain bike trails run along the house. Or in mid-summer take the ski elevator up for a downhill trail.
