Beautifully situated with plenty of privacy. It’s located next to a vineyard where a small tractor is occasionally at work, but that didn’t bother us at all. There’s more than enough peace and quiet for those seeking tranquility. The owner also gave us a few great tips for day trips.

Heel mooi gelegen met veel privacy. Ligt tegen een wijngaard waar af en toe een kleine tractor werkzaam is, maar daar hebben wij geen hinder van gehad. Er is meer dan voldoende stilte voor de rustzoeker. De eigenaar had voor ons nog een paar goede tips voor uitstapjes.

Een prachtige stille plek met uitzicht over de wijngaarden. Wie van rust en natuur houdt is hier zeker op z'n plek.

Fantastic place, simple but cozy cottage, area easily accessible. Too bad you are not sure you are alone on the property. However nice, I do not need contact with the owner, his mother or his family. I come for the peace and privacy. You are constantly alert anyway if there is still someone in the cottage or caravan.

Fantastische plek, eenvoudig maar gezellig huisje, omgeving goed bereikbaar. Jammer dat je er niet zeker van bent dat je alleen op het terrein bent. Hoe aardig ook, ik heb geen behoefte aan contact met de eigenaar, zijn moeder of zijn familie. Ik kom voor de rust en privacy. Je bent toch doorlopend alert of er nog iemand in het huisje of de caravan is.

Beautiful cottage in the middle of the vineyards. Super friendly and helpful owner. But the cottage consists of two parts: one part is rented, second part for the family. Moreover, grandma's caravan is right behind the house. This is not in the description. We did not have 100% privacy. If you do want to have that, we recommend that you check with the landlord before you rent if there will be more people using the property during that period. We loved the authentic sink but found it dirty and unhygienic. It consists of rough stone where dirt gets stuck, (dirty) water stays in it, and a makeshift strainer dirty to clean. If there is gig spraying in the vineyard then quickly get inside and close windows until the cloud has drifted over. There is no Wifi in the cottage. We had purchased an unlimited data sim card from Airport Telecom so we could use our phone as a hotspot. That really worked perfectly recommended.

Prachtig huisje, midden tussen de wijngaarden. Super vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaar. Maar het huisje bestaat uit twee delen: één deel wordt verhuurd, tweede deel voor de familie. De caravan van oma staat bovendien vlak achter het huis. Dat staat niet in de omschrijving. Wij hadden geen 100% privacy. Als je dat wél wilt hebben raden we je aan voordat je huurt even met de verhuurder af te stemmen of er in die periode meer mensen gebruik zullen maken van het terrein. De authentieke gootsteen vonden wij prachtig maar vies en onhygiënisch. Hij bestaat uit ruw steen waar vuil in blijft hangen, (vuil) water in blijft staan, en een provisorisch gemaakt zeefje vies om schoon te maken. Als er gig gespoten wordt in de wijngaard dan snel naar binnen en ramen dicht totdat de wolk overgedreven is. Er is geen Wifi in het huisje. Wij hadden een unlimited data simkaartje aangeschaft bij Airport Telecom, zodat we onze telefoon als hotspot konden gebruiken. Dat werkte echt perfect aanrader.
