Nature house in Winterswijk

The nature cottage is a wonderful place to unwind and relax. You wake up in the morning to the awakening of the birds. The house is located in the green heart of Winterswijk in beautiful nature reserve in the hamlet of Winterswijk Kotten. The living room has patio doors giving access to the private garden with patio furniture. The living room has a cozy sitting area with TV. The central heating provides pleasant warmth during the evenings. The kitchen with fireplace and seating area is equipped with all comforts, such as hot air oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, refrigerator,freezer. There is a full kitchen inventory. tea, kitchen, hand and dish towels at your disposal for the stay. The two bedrooms are on the first floor and overlook the garden. Bedroom 1 has an elect.adjustable bed. In Bedroom 2 is a box spring bed. The bathroom is also on the first floor.

The area around Winterswijk is excellent for cycling. There are several bicycle routes including Buurtschappenroute, Erfgoedroutes and the like. Bicycles can be rented at Lensink Tweewielers, Leon te Kempel Tweewielers and others. Also for hikers the area is a paradise with excellent walking routes including the Scholtenpad and the Noaberpad and the Pieterpad Erve Hesselink is a wine estate where you can taste delicious wines and see how wine is made. These wines have won several awards. GeitenBoerderij is a small goat farm with its own cheese dairy. The goat barn and small animal enclosure are freely accessible and there is a store where you can buy goat cheese products and an assortment of various regional products. The Harminahoeve you can see how various products are made from milk. Real Winterswijk cheese has been made here since 1969 and is sold directly in the cheese store.
