This is a tiny wooden cottage in a hidden gorge in Slovenian Alps. Living room with 2 beds and a sleeping room with double bed, an outside kitchen, many possibilities to rest around the cottage, dry toilet and shower are just near by in separate buildings. There are no electronic devices ( except mobile charging and lights) in the cottage, but you will certainly not miss anything. Balcony, sunny terrace, a campfire pit beside the creek, fully equiped kitchen with refrigerator and grill. Bedlines and towels are prepared for you. WiFi perfect. Ideal for couples looking for some privacy. Pets welcome. Parking space is available beside the forest road, to acces the cottage there is another 150 meters walk down hill. Nature and surroundings

The house is located in a hidden gorge, beside the creek, around 800m above sea level, in the heart of Karavanke Alps, near Austrian border in northern Slovenia. There are no other houses near by, at least half an hour walk:) But on the other side, world famous Bled, Bohinj, Ljubljana, Piran, Bovec are just some minutes to 2 hours of driving away, so you may plan to visit them too. There are many possibilities for various activities, especially hiking, mountaneering, mountain biking, as well as opportunities for daily trips. In the valley bellow the cottage there are some markets and restaurants to satisfy your needs. We suggest you to arrive by car ( no 4x4 needed) since the cottage is not accesible by public transport.     Off the grid but still equipped with basic amenities. Several spots to relax both indoors and outdoors. I had a wonderful time cooking with vegetables from the owner’s vegetable garden.
