This vacation home is part of a farmhouse built in 1830. On one side of the farm is Petit Vouas and on the other side of the farm is Grand Vouas. So the two vacation homes are in the same farmhouse but are separated by a large barn in the middle. It is located in Les Vouas, a hamlet of the municipality of Corancy, in the middle of the Morvan. The nature house is located on the lake "Lac Pannecière" at one minute walking distance. A terrace and garden and ample parking are at your disposal. The natural park of the Morvan is at your feet. The nearest town is Chateau Chinon (nine kilometers), where amenities include three supermarkets, two gas stations, post office, cafes, restaurants, and so on. Four kilometers away is the village of Chaumard with a restaurant/café and a pancake restaurant A baker comes by twice a week.
Nature and surroundings
This nature house is a vacation home for four people. Living room with patio doors facing south and a "French balcony", views of surrounding landscape, open kitchen equipped with gas hob, coffee maker, oven/microwave, refrigerator. In the living room there is a double sofa which can also serve as a sofa bed, and two (lazy) chairs. Furthermore, on this floor you will find a shower with WC. There is TV with an extensive channel package, Dutch, French and German via satellite, Internet with Wifi, radio and CD player. A spiral staircase leads to the second floor with a double bed and two single beds. Present: crib, high chair, wood stove and electric radiators. There is a laundry kitchen with washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer and extra refrigerator. This laundry room can also be used by tenants of Grand Vouas. The house is not wheelchair accessible.

Anne August 8, 2020 General rating:Très bon accueil au petit Vouas, les propriétaires sont à la fois discrets et serviables, le gîte est bien conçu, bien équipé et très bien placé.
Nature, peace & environment:Gîte très bien placé, au coeur du très beau parc régional du Morvan , à deux pas du lac de Pannecière, en pleine campagne.

Nature, peace & environment:Mooie omgeving met wandelingen vanuit het huis en mooie routes om te fietsen.

marijke July 4, 2020 General rating:1.Vanuit de foto's en omschrijving dachten we dat dit een onafhankelijk huisje was "les vouas petit", liggend op een perceel waar nog een huisje staat Les Vouas grande.
Ik was dan ook geschrokken bij aankomst toen ik zag dat dit een onderdeel is van het grote huis , een soort appartement aan de zijkant aangebouwd aan het grote huis.
Wel met aparte inkom en terras en tuintje gescheiden door een haag.
De voorbehouden tuin voor het kleine huis is piepklein (langs de zijkant van het huisje) want de grote tuin , aansluitend op het meer behoort toe aan het grote huis.
Je mag wel over de prive van het grote huis om ook tot bij de rivier te komen.
De rivier heeft een klein strandje aan het eind van de tuin van het grote huis.
Het voelde voor ons wat onwennig om daar bij de andere familie te gaan bijzitten op het kleine strandje, als een soort schending van de privacy van de bewoners van het grote huis.
2. Graag ook vermelden op de website dat er slechts 1 slaapkamer is met dan wel 4 beddens.
Voor de rest is het een heel aangenaam en charmant huisje .in een prachtige omgeving.
Mocht de situatie als hierboven geschetst , duidelijker omschreven staan op de website van Natuurhuisje , dan was er geen ontgoocheling geweest bij aankomst .
Dan weet je waarvoor je kiest .
Maar wij hebben ons snel gesteld in de situatie en met volle teugen genoten van ons verblijfNature, peace & environment:De tuin is een beetje klein .Mooie vue vanuit de woonkamer op de 1e verdieping
