In Sospel, 15 km from MENTON, charming gîte 5 minutes by car from the village (15 minutes on foot along a pretty path). Sospel is the ideal place to stay if you want to alternate visits to the coast (Menton, Monaco, the Italian Riviera...) and outdoor activities.
Nature and surroundings
Set in a 1.5-hectare natural area, surrounded by forests, orchards and pastures, with a 360° view of the surrounding mountains, the gîte is housed in a renovated stone farmhouse. The house is located in SOSPEL, a pretty medieval village nestled between sea and mountains. Old stone farmhouse: an authentic setting 1.5-hectare property (fruit trees, old bread oven, pétanque court) 360° view of the surrounding mountains. LPO (League for the Protection of Birds) refuge. Possibility of observing wild animals (squirrels, deer, wild boar: forests on the property) Family vegetable garden cultivated in permaculture The gîte is located 2 kilometers from the village and all amenities (restaurants, grocery store, butchers, pharmacy, communal swimming pool in July and August...).

von September 1, 2019 General rating:Loved it. The interior is obvious no one lives there however. Would benefit from a few more homely touches; cups for tea - lights that aren't too bright.
