Nature house in Montigny en morvan

A really nice house, nicely decorated, and everything you need in ample supply—dishes, glasses, kitchen utensils, etc.
The cottage was also very clean, aside from a few cobwebs on the ceiling, but that’s to be expected when you live in the countryside.
Very spacious, well-fenced yard (too bad about the dry grass)! But nobody can do anything about that.
If I ever go back to France, I’d book this cottage again in a heartbeat.
Just keep in mind that while there is Wi-Fi, it doesn’t work.

Een super fijn huis, leuk ingericht en alles ruim voldoende aanwezig, servies, glazen, keukengerei ect.
Het huisje was ook goed schoon met een enkele spinnerag aan het plafond daargelaten, maar dat is standaard als je landelijk woont.
Zeer ruime tuin goed omheind ( jammer van het dorre gras)! Maar daar kan niemand iets aan doen.
Als ik ooit nog eens naar Franrijk ga, dan zou ik het huisje zo weer boeken.
Wel rekening houden met wifi is er wel maar werkt niet.

Super peaceful surroundings—beautiful views from the cottage; the only sound is from the nearby farmers feeding their animals.
Taking the dogs for a walk is also nice, but you can’t walk from the house into the woods—it’s all farmland—so you always have to drive to a walking or swimming area. Personally, I find that a drawback, but it’s also the only drawback compared to the rest of the area.

Super rustige omgeving prachtig uitzicht vanuit het huisje, enige geluid is van de omliggende boeren die de dieren eten geven.
Even lopen met de honden is ook prima maar je komt lopend vanuit het huis niet in de bossen, allemaal land van de boeren, dus altijd met de auto naar een wandel/ zwemgebied, persoonlijk vind ik dat een nadeel, maar is ook het enige nadeel t.o.v. de rest van de omgeving.

In the description only kitchen towels were provided, but in the cottage there were only 4 bath towels. Contact sought with landlord who stated: only in a hotel you get bath towels. Two sockets were loose from the wall, dangerous for children. This is already longer because I read it as a comment in the guestbook Cleaning also left much to be desired. And mold in the bathroom upstairs.

In de beschrijving stond alleen keukendoeken meenemen.
In het huisje lagen maar 4 badhanddoeken. Kontakt gezocht met verhuurder deze stelde: alleen in een hotel krijg je badhanddoeken. Ga maar naar de winkel en dat hebben wij dus ook gedaan


Twee stopcontacten zaten los uit de muur, gevaarlijk voor de kinderen.
Dit is al langer want ik las het ook als opmerking in het gastenboek

Schoonmaak liet ook te wensen over.
En schimmel in de badkamer boven.

The house is furnished and equipped to a high standard and super clean! The garden is huge, a dream!

Das Haus ist hochwertig eingerichtet und ausgestattet und super sauber!
Der Garten ist riesig, ein Traum!

There are only a few very quiet neighbors. Otherwise you only hear the occasional cow or sheep. Simply wonderful!

Es gibt nur wenige, sehr ruhige Nachbarn. Ansonsten hört man nur mal eine Kuh oder ein Schaf. Einfach herrlich!
