This nature house, a farm for a dip in the Tuscan nature Born in 1987 from an idea of Fabrizio Simonetti former naval officer, the farm, which covers a hilly area of twelve hectares of woods and meadows, represents the realization of a dream, to raise horses, understand them and live in nature. Used to ploughing the waves of the sea on passenger cruises, Fabrizio decided to change his life and, with the help of his wife Melania Balleri and his sister Fiorella, started his activity as an agricultural entrepreneur creating this nature house. Expert in horse trekking for having travelled and created routes throughout Tuscany and Umbria, and taking advantage of his patents as a federal guide and instructor, he attached the Equestrian Centre to the farm. An old farmhouse, with annexed swimming pool, completely renovated, but maintaining the ancient characteristics typical of a Tuscan country house. Composed of two independent apartments
