    Het huis is vrij groot, het terrein, het zwembad en het terras ook. Daarnaast is er nog een picknickplaats met jeu-de-boules baan.
    Het was schoon, gezellig, goed onderhouden en in de keuken waren kruiden en olie aanwezig. De overdekte tafel buiten was superfijn. De jacuzi is een aanrader. Wij hadden te weinig conditie voor fietsen in de omgeving, omdat de omgeving nogal heuvelachtig is. Verhuurder Dirk was in de buurt, gastvrij, benaderbaar en super behulpzaam. Top huis.

    Het was super rustig en groen in de omgeving. Er was bijna geen verkeer, er waren bijna geen buren en er was geen lawaai van landbouw en industrie. Vanaf het terras bij het zwembad zie je 's avonds in de verte een paar lichten van windmolens en van autoos op de weg, en verder vooral sterren (bij nieuwe maan).
    Er wonen eekhoorns, hagedissen, wilde katten en heel veel vogels op het perceel. Er komen regelmatig roofvogels en zwaluwen voorbij. En herten, maar die hebben wij niet gezien.

    De accommodatie in en rond de woning was uitzonderlijk goed; ingericht alsof de eigenaars er zelf zouden kunnen wonen. Echt een aanrader!

    Het domein is prachtig gelegen met een mooi uitzicht, ruimte, rust,...zeker van in de loungezetels aan het zwembad. (Ik vond het zelfs nog mooier dan op de foto's). De omgeving is ideaal om uren te wandelen en toch nog telkens andere wegjes te ontdekken, plots een ree zien weg te springen van achter meterhoge adelaarsvarens of aangestaard te worden door kuddes Limousins. Voor plantenliefhebbers ook zeker de moeite, maar dat moet je maar zelf gaan ontdekken.
