A simple cosy caravan in an area of outstanding natural beauty. The nature house is very private and the sounds in the summertime include the cuckoo and lambs in the nearby mountains. You are located at the shore of Lough na Fooey a very safe lake for a morning dip. Nearby attractions are Clonbur, Cong and Leenane. Its a walker's paradise where you may choose to enjoy the outdoors and marvel at the stunning scenery. We'd love you to come and see for yourselves!

Nature and surroundings

There is plenty to do in this area. How about walking around the lake? Turn right out of the campsite and walk towards Finny. Turn right down the bog round and follow the track ! Bring a packed lunch! Lots of alternative more challenging climbs around and a guide can be organised with advance notice .Other nearby activities include Scuba Diving in Killary Harbour, a wide range of activities at Killary Adventure Centre and Petersburg Adventure Centre. There are Conamara Ponies in Finny Village - they are recently organising pony trekking.. Joe Joyce Country Sheep Dog trials is a scenic 15 minute walk away towards the sandy beach at the end of the lake. We can also organise a gillie for Loch Mask if required or why not try fishing off the shore? Bring your waders.. More advice upon arrival!
