Near Lake Trasimeno, Tuscany/Umbria border and close to cities like Montepulciano, Siena, Cortona, Asissi, Perugia, Castiglione del Lago we offer in a unique location a spacious vacation villa (extra on ground floor complete apartment for 2 persons with extra privacy) and as a basis for 4 (and option + 2 (children's) beds) people: air conditioning, plenty of privacy, a large private pool (5 x 15 m), peace and quiet and a beautiful panoramic view. The villa is located on the outskirts of a small village; restaurants and daily shopping 2 km away. The house has a living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 spacious bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 2 toilets. Also a spacious covered portico with a beautiful view. In the garden of 4000 m2 you will find the large (15x5) pool and numerous fruit trees, garden furniture and cool shaded areas. An ideal place for a family or two families. We rent to 1 family/family, so absolute privacy is guaranteed. We generate our own electricity with 18 panels and store with batteries.
Nature and surroundings
The beautiful surroundings with rolling hills, authentic villages and nature, fields of sunflowers and poppies are interspersed with a wealth of cultural, historical and architectural heritage. Plenty of beautiful hiking trails in the vicinity. Cities such as Siena, Montepulciano, Perugia, Asissi, Florence appeal to the imagination and are all nearby. But also the smaller towns like Pienza, Panicale, Castiglione del Lago are more than worth a visit. And of course Lake Trasimeno 8 kilometers away, with excellent restaurants, and various possibilities for water recreation and ferry service. In the vicinity you can buy fresh and ecological vegetables, fruits and olive oil from the local farmer, and what about the numerous local wine growers, where you can tap and taste the wine yourself of course. Tip to go by train to Florence, Siena or Rome from the station of Castiglione del Lago 7 kilometers away and with free parking.

Rosy August 18, 2023 General rating:Het huisje zat eigenlijk vol schimmel. Het rook hierdoor onaangenaam en voelde hierdoor ongezond. We hebben er zo weinig mogelijk tijd in doorgebracht. We waren echt ontgoocheld, zeker omdat we toch veel geld betaald hebben voor dit huis en omdat dit schimmel probleem duidelijk iets was dat niet gisteren ontstaan is. We hebben er het beste van gemaakt en hard genoten van de tuin, het zwembad en de omgeving want we werken beiden hard en hebben maar 2 weken vakantie maar het voelde alsof we bedrogen waren.

Voor ons is de klacht over het huis met de extreem negatieve waardering echter helemaal niet te begrijpen, laat staan eerder voorgekomen. De gasten die direct voor jullie vertrokken zijn, met hun recensie kwamen op een 10 uit.Nature, peace & environment:De omgeving was prachtig. Rust, veel groen. Prachtig zwembad waarin we uren ronddobberen als het te warm werd.

Marieke August 11, 2023 General rating:Enorm genoten van deze gezinsvakantie. De oudste van 9 jaar vermaakte zich heel goed in het ruime zwembad. Maar ook Jeu de boules en badminton waren erg leuk om te doen in de ruime tuin.
De jongste van 1 jaar had alle vrijheid en ook hij heeft enorm genoten.
