9 kilometers from La Roche-en-Ardenne and 16 kilometers from Durbuy lies the beautiful village of Marcourt. On a dead-end road stands the cottage. The entire building was formerly the farm of the former water mill, which is located on the same property. The farm was completely renovated three years ago. Part of this is the ground floor cottage. It has its own parking with carport. Garden in front and behind the cottage. A private entrance, one spacious bedroom with two box spring beds, a spacious closet and sitting area. There is also a double sofa bed in the living room. The living room has an open kitchen with all comforts. In the house everything is as good as new. Among other things, there is a luxury kitchen with microwave, oven and dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle etc. Bathroom is with a walk-in shower. Of course there is WIFI available and a television. You will find the house clean and with beds and towels made.
Nature and surroundings
The nature house has a unique location as the only house on a cul-de-sac. And lies on the river Ourthe and has a view of the chapel of St. Thibaut. From the cottage there are several hiking trails and you are so in the woods. The area is also perfect for mountain biking, kayaking or other outdoor activities. The landlords are happy to advise you. Would you like to sniff some culture than you are so in La Roche en Ardenne or Durbuy, The cottage on the river Ourthe offers tranquility, a natural view from all windows, water, space, relaxation, wifi, free parking, heat, a nice enclosed garden and possibly on request a breakfast service or a packed lunch.

Rustige ligging, goed gefaciliteerd, mooie omgeving.

Mooi schoon huisje met alles erop en eraan. Omheinde tuin.
Heerlijke wandelingen gemaakt in de omgeving met onze hond. Roofvogels en reëel gezien, helaas geen bevers, maar de bever wandeling was prachtig!

Groot, schoon, compleet, kwaliteit echt top
Prachtige omgeving. Veel mooie wandelroutes. Huisje ligt op rustige plek(enige aan doodlopende ende weg).
