Nature house in Beth

It is a lovely house. The decor, surroundings, the large garden, everything is just right. We did miss some towels / tea towels / dish towels for the kitchen and drying the toilets. There is a lot of pressure on these, so the toilet seat and floor get wet when flushing the toilet.The beds were lovely and the living rooms are incredibly nice. In addition, a nice large table in the dining room, where we could sit together wonderfully. We went hiking in the area, went to a raptor show, miniature golf. Further enjoyed the house and the large garden with sauna, tennis court, bocce court, trampoline and large terrace. Had a wonderful weekend.

Het is een heerlijk huis. De inrichting, omgeving, de grote tuin, alles klopt. Wel miste wij wat handdoeken/theedoeken/vaatdoeken voor de keuken en het droogmaken van de toiletten. Hier zit erg veel druk op, waardoor de toiletbril en vloer nat worden bij het doorspoelen van het toilet.
De bedden lagen heerlijk en de woonkamers zijn ontzettend fijn. Daarnaast een mooie grote tafel in de eetkamer, waar we heerlijk konden zitten met z'n allen.

We zijn gaan wandelen in de omgeving, naar een roofvogelshow geweest, midgetgolfen. Verder genoten van het huis en de grote tuin met sauna, tennisbaan, jeu de boulebaan, trampoline en groot terras.

Een heerlijk weekend gehad.

Een fantastisch mooi huis waar je met familie, vrienden kunt verblijven in alle rust en privacy in een prachtige omgeving.

A beautiful house, equipped with all amenities, wonderful beds and lots of space. Books, games, as well as basic ingredients like oil, salt, spices are all there. As was mentioned in other reviews, there are only two toilets, but with our party (reduced to 9 due to circumstances) we did not suffer. As was also mentioned both toilets splash on the seat when flushing and sometimes on the floor, but that can be fixed with a simple wipe. The first contact was a bit of a search, on the day of arrival we had heard nothing so we sent a message which was answered very quickly, the janitor would be available from 16:30 so we waited in front of the house, after 45 minutes we let ourselves in with the keys hanging in the door ... This turned out to be the intention. The contact was otherwise always very smooth and very friendly.

Een prachtig huis, voorzien van alle gemakken, heerlijke bedden en veel ruimte. Boeken, spelletjes, maar ook basisingrediënten als olie, zout, specerijen zijn allen aanwezig. Zoals in andere beoordelingen al werd genoemd zijn er maar twee toiletten, maar met ons gezelschap (wegens omstandigheden teruggebracht naar 9) hebben we daar geen last van gehad. Zoals er ook al werd genoemd spetteren beide toiletten bij het doortrekken op de bril en soms op de grond, maar dat is met een simpel doekje weer op te lossen. Veel plezier gehad van de aanwezige pétanque- en tennisballen en -baan!

Het eerste contact was even zoeken, op de aankomstdag nog niets gehoord dus zelf maar een berichtje gestuurd waar wel heel vlot op werd gereageerd, de huisbewaarder zou beschikbaar zijn vanaf 16:30 dus netjes voor het huis gewacht, na drie kwartier maar onszelf binnengelaten met de sleutels die in de deur hingen... Dit bleek de bedoeling te zijn. Het contact was verder telkens heel vlot en enorm vriendelijk.

A lovely place, very quiet, there is a road along the house with some agricultural traffic, but the distance from the fence to the house makes that you are not bothered by it. If the silence is broken it is usually by a mooing cow, a sighing horse, or a braying donkey! From the cottage there are several beautiful walks that are also not so touristy, by car you can easily reach a plethora of other walks and views.

Een heerlijke plek, heel rustig gelegen, er loopt een weg langs het huis met wel wat agrarisch verkeer, maar de afstand van het hek tot aan het huis maakt dat je er geen last van hebt. Als de stilte wordt doorbroken is dat meestal door een loeiende koe, een zuchtend paard, of een balkende ezel! Vanaf het huisje zijn er meerdere prachtige wandelingen die ook niet zo toeristisch zijn, met de auto kun je gemakkelijk een overvloed van andere wandelingen en uitzichten bereiken.

Beautiful house with excellent facilities. Tennis court, boules court, billiards incl. balls, rackets etc. Beautiful rooms, several fireplaces, excellently equipped kitchen. We didn't try out the sauna, but it looks very well maintained. The only drawback, which is almost negligible in view of the overall impression, is the small number of toilets (2). With 13 people, they can get tight. In addition, the flush has so much pressure that you always have to wipe so that the next person doesn't sit on a wet toilet seat. Very friendly and helpful landlord, who is very easy to reach by phone and speaks perfect English.

Wunderschönes Haus mit hervorragender Ausstattung. Tennisplatz, Bouleplatz, Billard inkl. Bällen, Schlägern etc. Schöne Zimmer, mehrere Kamine/Feuerstellen, hervorragend bestückte Küche. Die Sauna haben wir nicht ausprobiert, aber sie sieht sehr gepflegt aus. Einziges in Anbetracht des Gesamteindrucks fast zu vernachlässigendes Manko ist die geringe Anzahl von Toiletten (2). Bei 13 Leuten können die schon mal knapp werden. Außerdem hat die Spülung so viel Druck, dass immer nachgewischt werden muss, damit die nächste Person nicht auf einer nassen Klobrille sitzt.
Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter, der telefonisch sehr gut erreichbar ist und perfekt englisch spricht.

Idyllically situated, completely secluded in the middle of nature. The forest is a 10-minute walk away and can be reached via very quiet paths. The journey by public transport (bus & train) is not easy due to the lack of bus connections on Sundays, but everything is easy to reach by car.

Idyllisch gelegen, komplett abgeschieden mitten in der Natur. Der Wald ist 10 Gehminuten entfernt und ist über sehr ruhige Wege erreichbar. Die Anreise mit den öffentlichen (Bus & Bahn) ist durch die fehlende Busverbindung am Sonntag nicht ganz einfach, aber mit dem PKW ist alles wunderbar zu erreichen.
