Nature house in Arles sur Tech

This naturehouse is located in a private road on the outskirts of the village of Arles sur Tech. The apartment has its own entrance, private terrace, private pool and parking. The bedroom has a super king size double bed. There is also a very comfortable sofa bed in the lounge area. The modern kitchen has lots of storage space plus essentials to make your stay comfortable, it has an oven, hob, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. There is a shower room with toilet and washbasin. The french doors in the lounge open up onto a large private terrace with amazing views of the surrounding countryside and mountains. The in-ground pool is for sole use of guests (May-September) and has stunning views. The pool is irregular shaped with a maximum dimensions at widest points of 5m x 3m with a maximum depth of 1m ** Please note we cannot be held responsible for reimbursing guests should the Government and/or local laws forbid the use of water for pool maintenance

This naturehouse is in a quiet residential private road with walks from the front door, plus lots of other walks close by including the GR10. We are located in the lower foothills of the Pyrenees and are spoilt with amazing views all around. The River Tech runs through the village of Arles sur Tech where it is possible to fish. There is a newly created Voie Verte for cyclists and it goes from Arles sur Tech to the coastal resort of Argeles sur Mer. The Mediterranean coast is a 40 minute drive away where you will find lovely beaches, coastal walk and pretty towns and villages. Languedoc Roussillon is renowned for its fabulous wines and there are plenty of vineyards to visit as well as a Route de Vins to follow.
