Nature house in Luc-en-Diois

Beautifully secluded home with breathtaking views and a very large pool. Filled with our own spring water. Lovely quiet area with many opportunities for hiking, biking, paragliding, canoeing or enjoying the pool. There are four spacious bedrooms, two with separate entrance for more privacy. Four bathrooms and four toilets. For children there are two smaller bedrooms with bunk beds. There are also extra trundle beds and a baby crib that can be added in the large bedrooms. Spacious kitchen with countertops on two sides and adjoining basement. Cozy dining and living room with fireplace and beamed ceiling. Several terraces outside with plenty of garden furniture. Double barbeque in front of the house and separate gas grill. Covered parking spaces for autos. Space to store bicycles or children's toys outside. A tree house in the woods where children can play or sleep for a night. "Boules" area next to the pool.

The nature house is located in the middle of nature, (nearest neighbors 700 m away) from the house are many walks or mountain bike tours. Children can safely play outside or make some noise. There is no other traffic or passing traffic. The house (a former "bergerie") is located on 23 hectares of private land, there is a spring, a stream and a small pond with fish. A few km from the house you can admire the Claps, a huge fallen rock party that years ago blocked the river Drôme. There is now a lake with small locks (electricity!) and there you can climb and walk (and geocaching).This region; Drôme Provençale is known for its organic markets, with delicious cheese, fruit, lavender, trout and the wine Clairette de Die. The town of Die is also really worth a visit! Medieval walls still enclose part of the city, you will find many picturesque streets and a very lively market 2X per week.
