A detached authentic vacation home (max 4 pers) in nature, with a large fenced garden and lots of privacy. Located in southern France, Nouvelle Aquitaine region south of the Dordogne. Because of its unique location, you can enjoy the tranquility and space "à la campagne". All around the house you have a view over the valley. The large parking and garden can be closed. The terrace around the house is partially covered. The house (130 m³) has a spacious living room and kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a small shower room and separate toilet. It is an ideal vacation address for peace seekers, hikers and cyclists. Lots of natural beauty and hilly region. If you would like to book different periods, you can always make this request via Nature House. We will inform you as soon as possible.
Nature and surroundings
Nearby is the characteristic village of Prayssas. It is the area of vineyards, fruit growing, the region of the "pruneau d'Agen", the picturesque French villages with their bastides and southern markets. Worth discovering and staying in. The river Le Lot can be navigated by canoe or rented boat. Nearby there are also several beautiful hiking and cycling routes. 15km away are 2 larger cities: Agen and Villeneuve-sur-Lot Possible activities : hiking, cycling, canoeing. Wine regions to visit: Cahors, Bergerac, Gascony, Buzet. Weekly Marché Nocturne (night market with terraces and food stalls) in the market square in the nearby village. Boat trip on the Lot.
