This unique nature house is located in the top of a farmhouse, in the floodplains of the Lek River. There is a fully equipped kitchenette in the apartment (coffee/tea and basic cooking ingredients are provided). The apartment has a private entrance via an open staircase in the part (not suitable for small children). There is a bathroom (toilet, shower) on the ground floor. There is plenty of space to sit and completely relax, or just move actively in the surrounding Betuwe. The apartment is not suitable for small children.
Nature and surroundings
The 1862 farmhouse is located on a mound in the floodplains of the Lek River. The mound is an oasis of peace and space. The land of the farm runs down to the river, where you can sit or swim privately on a lovely little beach. There are many geese and other water birds, and at night you can hear the owls calling in the pollarded willows. You can walk through the floodplains, or bike over the dikes and through the Betuwe. There are several wooden shoe paths nearby. Possibly you can put your canoe ashore here, and explore the Lek. In the meadows around the farm are sheep, furthermore there are chickens and ducks, a dog and 2 cats, and there is a large vegetable garden. The village center of Beusichem, with supermarket and restaurants, is one and a half kilometers away.

Prachtige plek, heerlijk buiten kunnen eten aan het water.

Heel fijn plekje boven in de boerderij. Alles heel schoon en aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. Vriendelijke mensen en 2 poezen en een hond, ook heel vriendelijk en zijn totaal niet tot last. Prachtige omgeving, heerlijke 19 km klompenpad wandeling loopt langs het huis. Veerpontjes over enzo. Nederland op zijn mooist.
Heerlijk rustige plek met picknick plek aan privé strandje aan de lek.
Vriendelijke mensen. badkamer en toilet beneden. Alles schoon en alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt in huisje. Prachtige omgeving met klompenpad wandeling van 19 km die langs het huis loopt. Nederland op zijn mooist! savonds heerlijk rijk alleen aan de lek.
