This nature house is one of the two houses on a farm: each stands on its own and offers a beautiful view of the Hekla volcano, the mountains and the surrounding horse and sheep pastures. The nature house is well equipped, cozy and in a picturesque location on 130 hectares. On their land they also have horses, an outbuilding and the house, all spacious for privacy and views. Feel free to walk on their property, enjoy the tranquility and the beautiful view. Ideal location for day trips to all the sights in the south of Iceland! Nature and surroundings
A number of day trips: Golden Circle, Geysir, Gullfoss and Thingvellir; Skogar waterfall & museum, Vik (black beach), along volcano Hekla, in the foothills of the highlands, in the summer to Landmannalaugar, Westman Islands, etcetera. Bad weather: cool museum & lava tunnel, hot pots and swimming pools, Reykjavik 90 kilometers away. The glacier lagoon is a long day trip, but many of the guests undertake it, the ride is very beautiful!
