Nature house in Minnertsga

This nature house, inspired by Buddhism is situated by the water in a small village near the Wadden Sea! It is a very special nature house with numerous round windows through which you often see the water rippling over the walls! It has a generous garden on the fishing water with a garden house and an unobstructed view over the meadows! The interior is shabby chic with small and larger Buddha' s everywhere. The house consists of a spacious living/living kitchen with a modern kitchen with Falcon stove and a Samsung fridge with iced dispenser and everything else one needs! Coffee and tea facilities are available as well as oil and spices etc cetera. The modern bathroom with rain shower was recently rebuilt! The bedroom has a new box spring, fireplace, bookcase and comfortable seating for relaxing! Bed linen and towels are included! Of course, your pets are more than welcome! They too are free to enjoy a well-deserved break in the house and garden.....

Here you are between the potato fields in the municipality of Het Bildt! Here is also the street with the most house numbers in the Netherlands, the Oudebildtdijk, here are studios and restaurants and more! If you go over the dike you are on the wad! With clear weather you can see the Wadden Islands! Franeker with its Planetarium is worth a visit, also nearby is Harlingen (beach) where the ferries to Vlieland and Terschelling. Via Holwerd and Lauwersoog you can take a day trip to Ameland and Schiermonnikoog! The towns of Leeuwarden, Sneek, Workum, Makkum, it's all not far from here! In August there is the PC in Franeker, the biggest handball match in Friesland. Many villagers also play handball here! In short, plenty to do and experience in the cleanest province of the Netherlands. Update January 2020, last year was for the guests and also for us a wonderful year, many nice people met from home and abroad! We would like to welcome you in 2020 on the Wad!
