Lovely restored house in the beautiful area of Le Marche, with 360 views of the mountains and sea to the distance. Located in a glorious setting, it is rural but not totally isolated. The nature house is located about one kilometer from the nearest small hamlet. Sleeping 12 (plus 2 babies) there are six bedrooms and four bathrooms, also two x downstairs cloakrooms. A large 35-meter sq kitchen and two generous living rooms, one with a 55' Smart TV. They also have lots of facilities for small children, a swing-set and also a sandpit and netted trampoline. Gardens sweep down the hill with views of the lake below. A covered pergola and long table is perfect for those long lunches. A second breakfast terrace is located outside the kitchen.

With fantastic views of the mountains to the west and on a clear day the sea to the east. The nature house is located on the cusp of a hill in an idyllic setting. Away from the road there are no close neighbors and the only sounds to be heard are the cicadas and sometimes a lone tractor in the distance, this is a rural agricultural part of Italy with beautifully kept land & forrest. There are some fantastic walks to be enjoyed, stroll down to the lake for a delicious pizza (25 minutes down - walking up is quite strenuous) then take a boat out on the lake. A 40-minute walk takes you into Monte San Martino, one of the prettiest Medieval villages in the region with a wonderful restaurant that we recommend, Da Priory. They have ancient forest walks in close proximity to the nature house or drive into the mountains for spectacular vistas. It's possible to stay in the refuges and in Amandola there is a walking club to support group trips.
