This nature house has a covered terrace, living room, kitchen, bathroom, two bedrooms, one with a shower and toilet in the room (the decoration has yet to be done). An outdoor kitchen with sitting area, several seats around the house, so you can always choose between sun and shade. Terrain size of 5,500 m2, half of which is fully fenced. The view all around consists of mountain peaks, a valley and the picturesque village in the distance.

Located along the local road between Benilloba & Cocentaina/Alcoy this Nature House offers a perfect base for various excursions. Both into the mountains, walks in nature, a small hour to seaside resorts such as Benidorm, Calpe. In Benilloba , small village within walking distance, you will find a historic walk. Cocentaina is a town with several bars, restaurants a weekly market, Alcoy is quite a big town. Both about 10 kilometers away. Alicante & Valencia also both about an hour by car.
