A super clean, detached nature house (built 2013 with a new kitchen 2022 and expanded in 2023) located on the outskirts of Ermelo on the Veluwe with a beautiful rural view. Suitable for 3 persons. A beautiful garden all around, a south facing terrace and a shady spot under the trees. It is very suitable for lovers of peace and space. The house is well insulated and has radiator and floor heating. Pets are allowed, provided they do not come on the bed and sofa. Please feel free to contact the landlord about renting for a longer period. Only in high season the minimum rental period is one week. Beyond that, everything is negotiable with the landlord. We are environmentally conscious, so we separate waste, have solar panels on the roof and water the garden with groundwater. The cottage next door (42992, Ermelovakantiehuis) with the same beautiful view, also belongs to this owner and has the same high-quality finish.
Nature and surroundings
On the outskirts of Ermelo, the nature house stands on a 350 m2 plot. It is part of a residential park with 13 cottages, without facilities. At the front (south side) is an agricultural plot which gives a beautiful view of the surroundings. Imagine opening the curtains in the morning and watching the sheep graze or the farmer sow, depending on the time of year. Cycling around Ermelo is wonderful because of the many bike paths and the varied landscape. Forest, heathland, cropland and meadows alternate. The Veluwe beach is four kilometers away. The village center of Ermelo is 1500 meters and there is a bike rental less than one kilometer. The house has an indoor storage room where bicycles are dry and safe and electric bikes can be charged.
