The accommodation has a beautiful wooden pool, parking, free wifi, a barbecue with an annex consisting of a dining room and kitchen for common use. The nature house has a welcoming structure typical of rural areas of the last century. The cottage is located on a small hill along the Tiber Valley in central Italy near Perugia and Umbertide. Immersed in a huge agricultural valley cultivated with vines, olive trees, wheat and rich pastures. In a few hours by car you can reach Rome, Florence and the Adriatic Sea. The cottage is surrounded by greenery, in a place out of the world, but close to the main roads, in a rugged countryside. It is a rustic farmhouse but equipped with all modern conveniences. The cottage is an ideal place for vacations, relaxation and visiting the art cities of Umbria: Gubbio, Assisi, Perugia, Spoleto, Orvieto, Spello, Todi.
