This nature house is a detached villa in Dolceacqua, slightly up the mountain, away from the tourist crowds, among vineyards and olive groves, with beautiful views and private pool. There is a living kitchen with dishwasher and French doors to the terrace. A large bedroom with double bed, private bathroom and terrace doors. A bedroom with two bunk beds, a bathroom with large shower, double sink and bath and a living room with double bed, to be used as a third bedroom. There are two large terraces on the property with a barbecue. The house is for two to a maximum of nine people and there is free Wi-Fi available. There is also a lovely swimming pool, made of wood and above ground with a size of 7.5 x 4 x 1.30 meters. You can park on the property. You have to drive slightly up the mountain, but the reward is the view. The house is 45 minutes from Nice airport, to which Transavia, Easyjet and KLM fly daily.
Nature and surroundings
Enjoy peace and privacy among Italian vineyards and olive trees. In the morning have a delicious breakfast overlooking the valley and the Mediterranean Sea, sometimes even the mountains of Corsica can be seen! About 20 minutes away is the beach. Dolceacqua is located a few kilometers inland from the coast. It is a charming village with winding, medieval streets leading to the castle. In the valley lies the beautiful bridge painted by Monet. The house is about 10 car minutes from the village. The area is ideal if you love sun and beach (Ventimiglia, Bordighera, Vallecrosia, Sanremo), but also if you want to experience the real Italian culture in the villages a little more inland. Dolceacqua, Pigna, Roccheta and Airole are typical villages where the Italian still lives as he used to. A little over the border in France (about 30 minutes away) are more the glitz and glamour cities like Menton, Monaco and Nice. These too are worth a visit.
