Nature house in Emsbüren

This nature house was completely renovated and renewed in 2018 and equipped with all comforts. Only a half-hour drive from the Dutch border, in the middle of nature, one kilometer from the village of Lünne and literally on the edge of a large forest stands this cozy cottage. The deer have their regular walking route through the forest garden. All rooms are heated with infrared, which gives a very cozy warmth. In addition, there is an electric fireplace. A 120 liter boiler provides ample hot water. In the vicinity is plenty to experience, such as Emsflower, the salt cave in Mehringen, the thermal baths in Bad Bentheim (sole) and in Steinbeck (sulfur) and within walking distance is a soccer golf. In the village of Lünne (one kilometer away) you will find a well-stocked supermarket, bakery, hairdresser and bank with ATM.More extensive shopping is possible in the cities of Lingen and Rheine, both about 20 minutes away by car, and it is less than half an hour's drive to the town of Ochtrup with its large outlet center. The owners of the house live 200 meters away, also in the park.

In the nature house there is a TV (free channels), a DVD player and many movies, as well as books, if you prefer to read. There is no internet yet.In the village of Emsbüren (seven kilometers away) you will find a doctor's office, pharmacy, several eateries and stores.
