The villa was completely renovated into a luxury vacation home in 2012 and is located at an altitude of 950 meters at the top of a mountain ridge. This gives the nature house an unparalleled view over the Julian Alps and the Dolomites to the Adriatic Sea. From the terrace with outdoor stone kitchen you can enjoy the evening sun for a very long time. This makes the nature house unique and therefore among the most beautiful vacation homes in the area. The villa has three spacious bedrooms each with its own bathroom, an intimate dining room, a well-equipped kitchen and over the entire upper floor a living room with panoramic views of the mountains. Outside you will find two covered terraces with lounge area, large wooden dining table, carport (for 2 cars), campfire place and chest of games.
Nature and surroundings
Around the villa are vast forests where you can spend hours hiking or mountain biking. Down the mountain lies the Soča Valley, the region for outdoor activities. Hiking, mountain biking, paragliding, skydiving, rafting/kayaking on the clear blue Soča River, canyoning and horseback riding are wonderful activities to do here. Don't forget to visit the romantic wine region of Goriška Brda. Whether you seek complete tranquility or choose an active vacation, this vacation home will please everyone.
